"I do like parts of RP Strength…"
I do like parts of RP Strength, and I can see how it could work well for a lot of people. But, I don’t know, the exercise options felt a little limited to me. I kept running into the same movements over and over, and I ended up swapping things out on my own more than I expected. For the price, I guess I was just hoping for more variety, especially for a home gym setup

"Great for Structure, Maybe a Little Too Bossy"
I mainly used RP Strength to keep my training volume in check, because apparently just doing random extra sets whenever I felt like it wasn’t a flawless strategy. The deload reminders were genuinely helpful, and I liked how it adjusted volume over time. That said, it could feel a bit too strict sometimes, and the volume increases didn’t always line up with how I was actually feeling. Overall, it’s a solid tool if you like having structure and fewer excuses, but it’s not some magical perfect fit for everyone.
"Keeps me on track without overthinking it"
I’ve been using RP Strength for a while now, and honestly... the calories and macros are usually spot on. Some days I’ll make small tweaks here and there, just depending on how I’m feeling or what’s going on — but overall it takes a lot of the guesswork out of things. It’s been a solid way to stay consistent without having to overthink every meal.

"fits into my routine well"
the meals mostly fit my schedule, which has been really helpful. i don’t always have a ton of time to plan or cook, so having something that works with my day-to-day routine makes things a lot easier

"Not great for picky diets"
I tried rpstrength because I thought it would work with how I eat. But honestly. Felt limited. I avoid certain foods, and swapping things was kind of a pain. Some of the suggestions just didn’t fit my diet at all. Maybe it’s fine if you eat pretty much anything. For me though. Frustrating

"Solid so far, thankfully not another extreme plan"
I’ve been using RP Strength for a few months now, it’s been good. What I appreciate is that the advice isn’t ridiculous or over-the-top like some other plans I’ve tried. The food targets and training recommendations feel realistic enough to manage around work and family, which is nice because I really don’t have time for something that takes over my whole life. I’m not feeling burned out, which is a pleasant change. So far, it’s been a solid experience.

"Billing and cancellation could be clearer"
I wasn’t really thrilled with the way the billing information was laid out. For me, the cancellation options didn’t feel very easy to find, and I ended up clicking around longer than I expected just to figure out what I needed to do.
I can see how this might not bother everyone, especially if you’re used to managing subscriptions online, but personally I don’t like when the details feel buried or unclear. It left me annoyed, and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Decent, but the support felt a bit generic"
I really wanted to like this more, but the check-ins just didn’t feel that personal. Some weeks the adjustments made sense, but other times it felt like I was getting the same basic reply no matter what I had actually written. I was also a little confused because one email would say one thing, and then the follow-up or plan seemed to suggest something else. I was hoping for more real feedback on my progress instead of feeling like I was mostly on my own. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected better support.

"Works well, but logging meals is a bit slow"
I mean, overall it works well and does what I need it to do. I’m just not totally sure how I feel about the meal logging yet, because it can take a bit of time to enter everything. It’s useful, but yeah, I kind of wish that part was faster...

"I like that the progress tracking makes it…"
I like that the progress tracking makes it easy to see patterns over time, which is really the main thing I need it for. That said, it can feel a bit clunky, and I’ve had a few check-ins that didn’t save right away. It still gets the job done, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch"
I signed up hoping the nutrition plan would actually feel tailored to me, but it mostly came across like basic macro adjustments with a nicer wrapper. It made it seem like it would understand my routine and the kinds of foods I actually eat, but once I got into it, it felt way more generic than I expected.
The app kept giving me targets that were hard to stick to on normal busy days, and even when I changed things or tried to make it fit my life better, it still didn’t feel very personal. That’s where the bait and switch feeling came in for me, it was sold as personalized, but it didn’t really deliver that in a meaningful way.
Maybe it works well for people who are super strict with bodybuilding or meal prep, but for my day-to-day life it just added more stress. For the price, I expected something that adapted to me better, so I ended up cancelling

"The accountability is what really keeps me going"
The motivation part is really solid, but for me the biggest thing has been the accountability. Like, I can feel motivated one day and then completely not feel like doing anything the next, which is usually where I fall off with stuff. But having that extra push and knowing I’m supposed to show up makes a big difference. It’s not even in a stressful way, it just kind of keeps me on track and reminds me why I started in the first place. So yeah, the motivation helps, but the accountability is what actually keeps me consistent

"App keeps crashing and I’m honestly confused"
I really wanted to like RP Strength, but the app has been all over the place for me. It’ll freeze in the middle of a workout, and then sometimes my sets just don’t save, which is super confusing because I’ll think I logged everything and then it’s just gone.
I’ve had to keep closing and reopening it, and that gets annoying fast when I’m trying to focus on training. For something I’m paying for, I guess I just expected it to work normally, or at least not make me question whether my workout actually saved.

"Helped my form a lot"
The exercise cues were actually really helpful. I felt like I wasn’t just guessing my way through each lift anymore, and my form felt way more solid. Kind of made me realize how much I was overthinking before...

"Good app features, but the community felt lacking"
I liked some parts of the app itself, but the community side was just kind of disappointing. I was expecting more help, check-ins, or even just a more welcoming vibe from other people, but it felt quiet overall. When I asked basic questions, the replies were slow or just not very helpful. Maybe it’s better for people who already know what they’re doing, but I mostly felt like I was on my own. For the price, I just expected more real support.

"They got back to me, so I’ll…"
They got back to me, so I’ll give them that. It just took a bit longer than expected—apparently, time moves differently on their end. Not the worst experience, just not exactly speedy either.

"Decent plan, but the app needs work"
The plan itself is fine, but the app feels clunky to use. I’ve used similar apps before that made it a lot easier to find basic things, so this one was a little frustrating. Some screens take way too many taps to get through, and it feels slow at times too. For the price, I expected a smoother experience. It’s not terrible, just kind of annoying.

"Not totally convinced by the science"
I wanted to like this more, but the science behind it felt a little shaky to me. I kept reading through it while drinking my morning coffee, and there were a few claims that made me stop and think, “Okay, but where is this actually coming from?” It’s not terrible or anything, but I wish there had been clearer explanations or better sources. Maybe I’m just picky about that stuff, but it left me feeling unsure.

"I followed the plan closely, or at..."
I followed the plan closely, or at least close enough that I feel like I should’ve seen some kind of noticeable fat loss. Unfortunately, I barely saw any change, which was disappointing. It kind of felt like the results were made to sound more achievable than they actually were, so for me it ended up feeling like a waste of time and money.

"Smooth and Easy Start"
I just signed up the onboarding was really smooth. It asked the right questions without dragging on, and I always knew what to do next. I’m grateful it didn’t overwhelm me with everything all at once. It only took a few minutes before I was ready to go, and so far, I’m really happy with the first impression
